Interplay Under Fire Over Fallout IP

Interplay already went belly up once in its lifetime. It certainly didn't need this.

Bethesda has filed a complaint against Interplay because of a supposed breach of contract.
This could spell very bad things for the recently resurrected Interplay and anyone looking forward to the Fallout MMO, also known as "Project: V13".  More after the jump.

For those that don't know, Bethesda bought the rights to the Fallout franchise from Interplay in 2007 which helped bring Interplay back from the dead in the first place.  Interplay still had the rights to create an MMO of the Fallout world, but not much else.

They apparently weren't even supposed to be able to market the Fallout Trilogy on GOG.com or Steam.  There's no word on what will happen to GOG's or Steam's listing of the games. Will they be pulled or will the after sale funds just be split up.
