Bethesda Vs Interplay Fallout MMO Lawsuit Ended?
|According to Duck and Cover, Bethesda has officially dropped the lawsuit against Interplay in regards to the Fallout IP. Interplay is now able to go ahead with completing the Fallout MMO currently codenamed Project V13. It's still a long way off, but know that it is now in the works, instead of just concept art and a few pre-alpha pictures. Hit the jump and discuss.
Interplay Under Fire Over Fallout IP
|Interplay already went belly up once in its lifetime. It certainly didn't need this.
Bethesda has filed a complaint against Interplay because of a supposed breach of contract.
This could spell very bad things for the recently resurrected Interplay and anyone looking forward to the Fallout MMO, also known as "Project: V13". More after the jump.
Classic Interplay games: Now on Steam
|See that image above? That is what Fallout was before Fallout 3. I bet a good portion of people reading this post missed the original games, too. Well, now you have no excuse. The original Fallout games, along with Kingpin and Sacrifice, are now available on Steam. Each of the games are only $9 individually, but you can pick up a pack of Fallout, Fallout 2, and Fallout: Tactics for $20. What are you waiting for?
